Standing Letters

Our Mom
She spoke so soft,
"I will love you forever",
it never became its own lie.
Strong were her words
as they took away shadows,
keeping safe our fragile minds.
I have never known someone
quite like her,
and not care I, what you have to declare;
she is mine, she is his,
& I will love her forever,
'til given my last breath of air.

Does Your Love Hide?
Do you watch me sleep?
Does your love
hide under a rug?
When I'm singing
do you hear me,
as I flit
along the gardens
of, lonely too,
the silver bells?

Donkeys Dont Da Vinci
In my mind
I'm fairly fine...
Yet sometimes
these thoughts are out of line.
Strewn 'cross the page.
Bottled, but broken
from the way they savagely tear my brain open.
The clowns are all laughing,
donkeys, they cry
all for the fear of these elegant ties
which fasten our bodies to our minds.
For I know our hearts work hardest
to bleed a masterpiece
through the hands of an artist.

Brother (you can be anything)
Some have tried to follow,
others have come close.
But I have kept it harbored, safe at bay
& still no one knows.
But I may tell you.
Let it slip, today may be the day
that someone hears the hollowed truth.
The secret I have kept so safe.
So brother, I'll let it come free now.
From the bottom of the coldest seas,
in the warmest rooms of royalty,
you have always been my biggest of dreams
& I believe in you more than I do me.
I love you with all of my soul
& in telling of tales & letting secrets go,
there is not a sweeter child my mind may know.
For you dear brother, my heart, it grows.
White Lie
We are but only humans
the mistakes we fear are that of our own mind.
& I dream to have the scripture in mouth;
something so extreme, divine.
But all I hold are those words foretold
& the cavities of my own lies.
The dirtiest filth & the hollowest cries
that fill your gasping soul with cyanide.
Incomplete
So I drown myself in the slimiest grey
hoping some genius will fall through.
But in all my mess, I still confess
my weakening is you.
Its sick and twisted, rotten and cold
addicted to a someone I never knew.
Tell Tale Queen Of Hearts
I once met a man so humble & dear
love fell upon him as the snow did that year
& I watched as it crumbled, so tender in his hand.
Yes I once knew, now I've only met, a man.
Be stolen! A princess, she walks with no name
but beauty still became her.
Her lips were as red as the hearts she would take;
such a cruelty to befall on a stranger...
I heard of love once, a story so twisted,
wrought and cruel to its core.
Well, I have taken a liking, as would anyone else,
so I dove into the horror;
Until it became horror no more...
I found the light, it was in your eyes
and love, oh love! It sang.
I heard it as sweet as my darling to be,
I heard love speak my name.
God's Broken Home
It's an ageless rumor that calls upon a purpose, alas, there not be one.
When the days drag on & you've come to lose all you've found,
that is when you will know why.
That untold being that keeps your beat hidden within their palm;
the hour will come when a life be taken,
and in all that golden love, lust, and chemically balanced brain function,
you'll lose it all as all lose you.
Beneath the half hidden truths, there is not a human that live within happiness above hope.
All beings be equal, all humans be humane, & within decency we find it.
Let go all whispers, beneath the loudest voice we find validity.
The softest beings possess the hardest tongues, and for self worth, my dear, is why I have brought you here.
Youth Verse
and wish you a life much better.
All I ask is that you walk a straight line,
and keep your head high as heaven.
Of Men
I never knew what discipline
it would take to have truly known her,
but she showed me the way
of larger than, the fickle things below her.
and in my flesh, felt a story,
that had risen from her lips.
Of men who fought, and those who healed.
Gentlemen, and ghouls.
Men who knew a finer life,
and those who struggled to make due.
She spoke with comfort in her voice,
as though she had said it all before,
and by her knowledge, she led me all the way,
making me beg for more.
"Oh, my darling, how could you know
if love is what you are chasing?
Merely puzzle pieces to your life"
My mind took to racing.
"No matter the man, the common appearance
in any single form.
A man is a man who needs to be loved,
and seeks a woman he adores"
Well if you take the words of many
or swallow those of few
I'd hope you've noticed all the truth
that has been spelled out for you.
In many letters, humans find peace.
Within mine I found amity.
& I will always cherish every day;
because I may not live to take another breath,
no one has it guaranteed.
Reaper
for our weak
have grown much stronger.
Yes! I stated
she can walk
she can laugh
and she can talk.
Sir, I know that who we adore
once was frail
but nevermore.
We took her here,
we cared quite nice!
So please sir, leave
I will not ask twice.
Fooling you?
Well Sir, I never!
You will find I have not grown that clever.
Those other folk,
They've told you of lore!
Not be jested by them,
I'll see you to the door.
As Romans May Have Loved
Empires will fall, & castle walls,
all so he may become the highest.
One who not take adoration of the fairest;
Gold may look as well as filth.
Give pity now, for when the dawn comes,
my ruler stand alone.
In dictation, he threw his love to the afterlife;
and that is where he will keep it.
White flag, to white flag;
I bathe in diamonds of amity.
not needing a lesser mans pity.
& I will blossom in this universe of rapture.
ToDay
He looked at me, with aesthetic seas;
On the day we name today;
You would smile with the mouth you've been given.
And oh, you'd grin the morn' away.
For he only ever loves me
on the days that end in day.
But seeing as the moon does fall,
I guess he never did any way...
Of A Library
The Artist's Mind
The Free World's Sweet Lies
Sew Nothing but The Fields of Play
Mirthful Visions
Asphyxiate
letting breaths escape,
distant as their shadows.
Structures I will never utter.
Falsified were your perceptions;
Holding myself
to a higher standard than
you may ever stop by to discover.
Lighter were the eyes I took from
jealousy, she screams her mind out.
I may only shout by scribe,
points of exclamation.
& I am envious of...
Ever held, trapped inside this mind.
The lights may never change.
Their faces continue to flicker.
Wondering, Craving what may be told.
But I am ever choking, gasping
on all
that may never be spoken of.
Until it is Gone
to any piece of dirt
so when the grass crawled between my fingers
I let go of the Earth
& I found my body floating
through lanes of later days
clasping on to the little left
blades flying through air waves
I took their beings tightly
squeezing out the green
until they were nothing but
the most untidy strings
so with their bodies falling
as so did the happy from my eyes
and in landing on pure nothing
I too kissed the saddened sky.
Sorry I have left you
although I not know why
I held you as if you were nothing
until no more of you could I find
and I want to tell you this day
that if ever you give to holy light
I will follow you to salvation
loving your flesh with all my might.
Blood-Red Riding Hood
Pale eyes turn to gold
as they trickle down blood;
& we call her as such,
for it covers the hood...
Blood red as the rider.
She steals by night,
taking the hearts
of the pure ones.
Holding their beating
to the moon, just so high
that the weak are left
fearful and bleeding.
I never thought this true
Til she came after you...
She stole it.. well, in a heart beat.
& I find it quite clever
that she may be here whenever
Even when the wolf not be...
Fraudulent Friend
one of chaotic, growling mistruth.
Treating the world as if only for their use.
Poor, scared, shivering ghouls...

The Children
It isn't easy...
remembering the promises.
All the what ifs, the maybes.
Pulling in the sometimes;
It can all become a bit hazy...
& destruction comes
If from my tongue
Rolls an "I forgot"
For in my skull
there not take note
A teeny-tiny robot.
There be a brain,
a mind of mine.
& yes,
It may have flaw.
But that does not push truth
That all this youth
May grind & gnaw & caw.
We care for you so,
& this, you may know,
to keep in your pocket forever;
We try our best, give us a rest,
& we shall together
conquer every endeavor.

Unity's Religion
Or her.
Than they,
Nor
do I lack a chord
The beauty of botany
& fumble across plains of mud --
Hear, speak
of a wisdom in our skull.
Yet the knower not always grow
his
own
mind.
Dear Undear,
I hope that
You rot in hell.
I hope you die
Tomorrow.
But most of all, I think
I hope
Your days are filled with sorrow.
Your sins be dark
Your heart be grey
and all the world's love does leave you.
Be thankful
I not lead such a way;
Or this hope could come to be you.

Imaginary
How may you tell mankind about that which does not exist,
When existence may be defined only by one's own mortality?

For every light or open window;
Free and never ending,
Inside this sea of infinity.

A Valentine
mindless, cliche.
To feel more than
"I love you"
could ever say.
To taste a word
so sweet on your brain.
But this emotion be more
than my mouth may claim.
So this is for you;
To tell you I care,
& remind your heart
that I will always be here.
For you are that
which makes me this.
& there is no way more perfect
we may exist.

As A Balloon Passed By
Kicked my shoe

Keeper,
the way I've grown.
Crushing goals,
all set in stone.
Though, my soul
not heed a word;
My spirit runs,
free as a bird!
& no one knows...
for their eyes be closed.
But I know you see
through a haze of them;
That someone that I am.
